Neemrana Hotel is an Indian institution that focuses on restoring the ruins and turns them into heritage hotels. Aman Nath and Francis Wacziarg (a former French diplomat who was resident of India) started it in 1991. They confronted the 15th century Neemrana fort that had been a ruin for 40 years. They bought it for Rs.7,00,000 and restored it as a hotel.
Neemrana is mainly known for its best luxury hotels. It has top class budget hotels, restaurants, guest house with all the facilities which a person needs while on a holiday. The rooms in hotels and guest house is been designed in colonial style. The hotels are called “non-hotels” just to give the special importance to this design.
